ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Last Updated: October 5, 2026
Changes to this Policy take effect as described in Section 13 of the Customer Terms and Section 15 of the User Terms.
This Acceptable Use Policy (this "Policy") applies to all Customers' and their Users' use of the Platform, Hosted Docs, the Site, and the Public Tools (each as defined in the Customer Terms or the User Terms; together, the "Offerings") provided by Manicule, Inc. ("Manicule", "we", "us", and "our"). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings assigned to them in your main agreement with us — the Customer Terms posted at https://manicule.com/legal/customer-terms or the User Terms posted at https://manicule.com/legal/user-terms. "You" and "your" refer to Customers and their Users and to anyone else using the Offerings. Customers may not allow their Users or third parties to do anything this Policy prohibits. To report a violation of this Policy, please email [email protected].
